O.k. here is a question.

As far as I know the parts place said it IS out of a 97 Z24
I installed a new 97 cluster w Tach into my sedan and everything works.
Did the whole passlock waiting thing, only had to wait 1 time, started up the second time.

BUT

I have the check enginge light and the ETS light on.

Do I have to have errors cleared by the dealer, or is there an issue with the car?
I have been reading that it takes 2-3 times for the passlock to clear. Is this normal

did you have a tach on the original? I have been wonting to swap out clusters so I can have a tach just curious
