Will the dash bezel from a 2000 up car fit in a Pre 2K car??? i want to switch the HVAC and radio around and i dont like my FG dash. so imma go stock with it and i want to put the Stock 2K dash in my car. thanks guys

the bezel, (thing that goes around the cluster, hvac, and radio)fit the same for 95-02...not sure about 03-05

The 03-05 is the same as the 00-02. And i believe you can swap all of them around but im not 100% positive.

i know its been done before, if you search, you may find a how to.

when you swap the bezel covers over, the openings for the radio and hvac wont meet up, plus you wont be able to bolt the two down because there are no bolt holes there. if you swap innards of the dash (whats under the bezel) you can do it. as far as i know, you cant modify the 95-99 underdash mounting thing thats under the bezel to work for this way, plus the HVAC controls under he radio in the 00+ draw them selves in under the radio to make more room for the 2 cup holders in those cars. in the 95-99 the underdash doesnt indent, its a straight drop down.

Yeah, you have to swap the whole instrument panel. And the metal brace under it too!

Plus, the 99 cluster won't fit right in the 00 dash. Or vice-versa either!

ya definitely have to swap the subframe to the dash i tried!

lmao- dont try the 05 fire dash either. i thought it would be an easy swap.... 5 hrs and a LOT of cuting later, i might have a fire dash in the cavfire by, oh, next week. then i will cut the door panels to accept the bulbous ends of the fire dash..... what a headache. just because i have to be different.
