Okay so I did the Fire dash swap and have some door panels finally to put in, went to put them in and the power door lock harness doesn't match up.... Any idea if the 00+ Fires had the same as the 00+ Cavs?

are both buttons only 3 wire locks? when i did my 00 door panels i just snipped the power locks and about 6" or wiring away, then cut mine and soldered in the new switches. worked perfect

just make sure if ur power switch is a 3 wire u get 3 wire, i know there are some, prolly 4drs, that have like 6 wires, im sure u could use one of those but id just try to find a perfect match.
