so i was planning on swapping out my blue interior for a darker one and tracked down some pieces but was informed that door panels from 2003 will not fit 95-99 cavaliers cause the window regulators re different. so is this true...my car is a 97 and its 4 door...if omeone can verify that this is true or not would help me out before i buy parts i cannot return thanks

hmmm. The window motor set up is inside the door, so the door panel will never come in contact with it. I have seen a 2004 interior in a 97 before and it was a 2 door.
