So now that I put all my stuff back in except those darn rear panels.... I took some pics...
I know it needs cleaned out, I'll get to it.
I'm going for the black look.....
That darn piece under the steering wheel.... I'll hafta mask my int. to paint it.
I <3 black
I trimmed a little TOO much off the carpet before I put it in.
So, comments and suggestions welcome, though I might not necessarily heed them.

all i have to say is you should have sanded before you painted
I like the stock texture, though. And it makes for less crazy glare when the sun hits it. Thanks for the input, though.

yeah the lighting isn't flattering, there's a storm brewing outside. I'll def post more when I get the rest done and get it all armor-all'd
doesnt look that bad. might want to dye the carpet black to match though.

the carpet is black.... so are the seats.... my camera doesn't like to show that though. I need new carpet anyway, since some jackass (me) trimmed too much off.

Where did you get your fabric from that you replaced on ur doors??
looks to spotty to me!

(Insert really cool picture of my car with some catchy name or slogan here)
got the fabric form Wal-Mart...lol. But yeah, the interior is still in progress, it'll get better and better. Thanks for all your comments, except, I'm not sure what you mean by 'spotty', lol

It's crushed velvet, I got it for about $10 a yd. I used about 3 or 4 yards. I guess I got lucky finding it?

Words that you can't use in modding: Finished, Perfect, Cheap.
I think the tweeters started like 97/98 b/c my sisters car (96 SFGT) doesn't have them.
thanks everyone for your comments
should have sanded, not just for the look, but good luck with that paint sticking. i have seen very few painted interiors that apealed to me, im with everyone who said they arent big fans of it... this isnt one that caught my eye, sorry bro
On the other hand....you have other fingers.
i had lots of toys when i was young.slinky,etc.but once i found my penis, that was all she wrote
You don't need to sand for the paint to stick... as long as the surface is prepared properly you'll be ok. here's mine
yellow interior you'll see my steps and what i did to prep it.. and everything is working out great so far.
well, hell you guys we cant all afford to get our shat fiberglassed, i think it looks pretty darn goood. way to go man.
looks good man I got mine painted without sanding all of it smooth I wanted it to look like it came like that but mines black and red metal flake keep up the work you cant just expect to have a perfect car the first time you do it just keep at it

I'm not exactly sure what exactly you had to do to get those....but I'm pretty sure that's been in some sunfires since 95, I know my 98 has them, and really the only thing that changed between 96 and 98 is the digital dash. I don't know for sure, but I do think its always been an option
