Aight so my first question to all of you is how should I paint my interior. Here's what i'm thinking:
I'm thinking about painting the lower portion of the dash also.
Second, do you think I should paint the front grills gloss black. Here's a pic of the car currently:
And the wall of sunfires! lol
Finally got the 4 cars together to take a couple pics.

Trust me PAINT THE FRONT VENTS! Not that hard to do either. Just have to drill the rivet that hold the vents to the corners. Then just pop new one back once its done.
that makes me want to get my 03 dash painted even more and I would paint the vents like said above that looks way better
i never was a fan of the sunfire dash. BUT the first pic looks like its a nice scheme that flows well. so yes, do it like that.
and i would suggest fiberglassing over the grills and then painting them black. ive never been a fan of that styling cue thats on ALL pontiacs.
but other than that it looks nice

as for painting the grills, that looks pretty rough. I don't have a rivet gun. Can you just replace the rivet with a nut and bolt?

I have a black 05 sunfire, very similar to yours in most ways. I would keep the dash and doors clear of paint. I love the way it looks and I don't think it needs a complete overhaul, but thats just me. I would rather put money toward covering my seats in leather (which I want to do sometime).
