Ok so it's been a wild week with these things. All clear they didn't match the Sunfire red interior. I colored them red and that just looked kinda cheap, lame, stuck out too much. So I had to black them out.
They look kinda creepy lit up (because some red still shows through with the black, I will post a pic of that later tonight. Then you can give me opinions if I need to leave that or black it completely out. (the handle still lights up).

I tried this and F'ed them all up.. i think i put the coats on to thick cause in some spots light came through and others it didnt... good thing i tested on the ex's car first
go to superbrightleds.com and get the bulbs. that's what i did:
the pics suck, but u get the idea. they look a lot brighter in person.

red04cavy, that doesn't look to bad, but bright is what I'm trying to avoid. It was annoying me how bright they were.
And yes the gum is great, lol. here's the night pic I just snapped. I'm definitely going to put another layer of black on to seal out all the light and just leave the handles lit up.
