that is my new ford f-150 intake. junk yard special. it has a vibrant alum. intake with the ford rubber tube replacing the "2200" box. that part was $3.50 CDN.

this last pic is instead of the pics of the motor mounts. by the way that is the photo that sport compact car is using for their new cover.

i know it looks a little getto but it works. i think that i may have found a better one that is off a thunderbird. if it works the way that i think it will replace the metal tube. that would be cheap. and it might look better. it is to cold to go trudging through the snow right now, so i will show you later.

i have found that sport compact car has become a very poor magazine over the last few years. when i first picked up the magazine it was a think book and now it has become a thin rag. i find that they like to bash everything that is not an import. and if it is domestic and does good they act as if they have a one off miricle. i have not renewed my subscription.
