EIbach Pro kit. 1.4" drop. It was a pretty easy install. Hardest part was trying to find my hacksaw to cut the bumpstop. It was in the basement workshop hidden in a box. LOL.
Tuesday the fronts go in. Have to get a spring compressor for those. It should take about 2 hours to do. Then it is off to the alignment shop. Doing the job myself saved me about $200.

Z22 is a model available in Canada. Do a google search for Cavalier Z22 and you will be surprised how many sites you find.
My car is actually a 2002 Cavalier VLX coupe. Z22 was a designation given to cavs with the 2.2 or 2200 engine

No way! The black skirts set the car off. That is why I went with the black rims. I am looking at the GM lip kit and I will paint that black too.
Next year I will look at a carbon fiber hood.

I love the black rims, but black skirts make lighter colored cars look higher off the ground.

you gotta paint those skirts to match. The whole monte carlo look doesn't work on a cav.

you dont need a spring compressor, dont be a pussy

as for the z22, its dealer rice, it would look better with it off

and why exactly are you cutting your bump stops with a hacksaw?!

Cut the bump stops because it is recommended by Eibach in the directions. They even tell you how much to remove. Isnt that nice of them!
