You'll need a getrag tranny and it wont just bolt up. Need to weld new tranny mounts in. Also will need to replace the wiring harness, ECU, and other things. Check out the third gen forum for more info.

If your looking for a tranny I'm selling a brand new getrag 5speed but I'm not sure if it will bolt up will a 2.4l getrag bolt up to a 2.2l eco? I know the trans is pretty much the same but I dont know if the bell housing is different. If it will fit pm me for a price.
If you are still thinking about the Eco swap, I strongly suggest getting a donor car with everything you need still in tact. Talk to John Higgins and Robert G of Jacksonville. They have done a few eco swaps now.
thanks guys for all the help, do i need to undo my current trans mount on the frame and move them or are they totaly differant design. Also do both of them need to be moved or just one.

95-99 gt's just had turn signals there 00-02 gt's had fogs and signals.
