A Yellow Cav for Thanksgiving
Monday, October 09, 2006 7:32 PM
Just a few pics from the weekend. Visited family for Thanksgiving and it was great weather for a picture or two or more. Excuse the bugs on the front bumper, they just refused to get out of the passing lane so I had to hit them.
On with the pics.

ditch the side skirts until they are painted, and have a front and rear bumper to match. Drop it.

The side skirts are painted (black) and it has been dropped 1.4 inches with Eibach springs. Still looking for a lip kit for a good price. Any suggestions on retailers for the kit would be appreciated. Remember I am in Canada but I do travel to Detroit area and Bufalo at least once a month. Eventually I will be adding a graphic to the sides keeping with the yellow and black theme.

ah, ok, not really a fan of the black skirts but to each his own. Keep an eye out in the classifides for the lip kit. I should have guessed you were on pro kit.. such a mild drop its hardly noticeable, but I bet its a big difference when you drive.

Canada here too.. I know its a biach to find parts sometimes.. keep it up man..

Any opinions on the KYB AGX struts? Would they be a good addition to the Eibachs?

Why not install the side skirts after you find the rest of the lips? And personally, i'd paint'em to match once you get the rest of the lips, dont drive around half-assed.

Still looking for a good price on the AGX's. Also stil searching for the lip kit. If anyone has a line on either for a good price let me know. I am heading to Detroit via Erie, Pa in a week. If anyone deals with performance shops along that route can you let me know address and phone #.

Should have had the proper struts when you installed the springs. AGX are perfect for the pro-kit.

I'm not a fan of the black side skirts. Maybe once you get the front and rear lips, but right now they look out of place.

For tint, I would go as dark as legal in your province.

IMO the sideskirts look out of place with out anything else. However the rims you have chosen do as excellent of a job of making it blend in. But it still looks out of place.
