Back in the day when I was young, I'm not a kid anymore...

Wow....lol I was looking through pictures on my computer and I came across pictures of my first cavalier. 98 2200 3 speed auto, boy was she fast! Got her from my dad, he bought it new in late 97. I got the car in around 2000 so style and parts available were a lot different then, lol. The hood is white, it's just the angle, and the hood and trunk were off of Ian Lacey's first Z, the underside was red, haha. The rims my dad bought when he got the car and traded in the steelies so those wheels were pretty hit up from year round driving. Dem be 20's, naw naw dem 16's but I keep em clean....lol. I think the only things I added after that were euro clear corner and bumper lights. It's funny back at different stages in your car modding life and saying to yourself, Double You Tee Eff was I thinking? She was a 4x4, never got to lower it because I totaled it when I hit a school bus!

Feel free to post up your cars pictures of the modding mistakes you may have made.....

The floor was really badly rusted, no reason trying to salvage it.
I sold it to a friend; he blew the head gasket 3 months later and scrapt it.

Yeah I hit a school bus....lol.... I got t boned and then slid sideways and hit the side of the bus full of kids.... got a ticket for getting in the turn lane too early, sucked....

The graphics and wing are gross... the bird looked good before you got rid of it. I dig the Z it just needs boost!

Before the clear corners and blackout headlight covers and i think before i did the h3 headlight conversion

o and before i hit a mailbox and a pile of trusses that put some dents in the back bumper and rear quarter lol. it was then sold and backed into a tree which took out the sliding door and glass. dunno where its at now lol prolly dead.

stage 1:

lessons learned:
Bondo doesn't belong over taillights
steelies are not cool, no matter how many cars are rocking them
painted B-pillars makes it look like a Taurus
white interiors don't keep themselves clean
tint is your friend

yeah yeah I know

right before I wrecked it

after I slammed it into the back of a ford ZX2

I was going to rebuild it I had a parts car lined up for $50 bucks but then I found out the frame rail was torn so a week later I got the Z24

I'll say this GM knew how to make a car still drivable after wrecking it back in the 80s

lord... if only i had pics of my neon back when i got it (16th birthday),.... 2 door single cam, it was that dark purple that dodge had... i snagged a wings west body kit off a friend with a parts car for 350 bucks, thought instead of painting it the same color, or redoing the whole car, that silver matched purple perfectly.... then the big silver aluminum wing came.... THEN i got rear ended sitting at a stop light, got a xenon rear, sprayed the whole car BMW steel blue pearl, the interior was white (matched, but was a bitch to clean), and dropped it on 17 inch chrome wheels, i gotta admit.... it looked good when done.... if i find ANY pics ill let you all know, but i dont think there are any floating around anywhere anymore

On the other hand....you have other fingers.

I just bought a 20 inch widescreen ultrasharp flat pannel..I'm going to have to subscribe to the high quality porn places now......damn
