that would be easy man (if i actually planned on running power steering that is)

as for the starter-thanks, but i think i've got one laying around. however, it's not really a concern.

Pete I have one, I think its in NY tho, I didn't see it while rummaging around my attic lookin for odds and ends to bring last night. Its probably with my turbo manifold in limbo somewhere, never to be seen again.

SRZ - I nearly spit my drink out reading that!

That's gonna suck. I drove my Sunfire for nearly a month with no Power Steering, & it sucked ass.

Not to mention it was kind of dangerous at times...

My daily driver has no power steering, you get used to it.

why is the pulley on there for the PS then? i would think making a lil plate to cover up the end of the cam would work just as well.

alot easier said then done..... you would have to cut the end of the cam off first....... and then figure out a way to bolt a cover to the cam tower (its a 2.3 tower, no PS bolt holes)...... On our W41 motor, we just pressed the pulley off, and left the end of the shaft hang out there

So when are we going to get another 4th (or was it 5th) gear hwy pull?

all that beefy engine and no TTR upper mount?

theres always room for improvment!!! hahahaha

nice man, its gonna look a lil weird with the PS pulley spinning on the end of the intake cam tower, but oh well... maybe someday you'll get sick of manual steering and want the PS back, then you have the nessesary pulley to do just that!

Everyone is a critic, lets see what they are saying when the dyno sheet and time slips get posted. Then we can see what is going to be said about an oversized starter and the upper mount insert. I recall mike made stupid hp and torque before there was a ttr mount. I personally think its overrated but that's me.

U want it in there, u buy it and pete can give u his shipping address.
