Picked up a new project car!

I picked up this z24 yesterday and I have a lot of plans for it, Heres a couple pics of its current condition and a hint of whats going to happen.




I think its missing something, lol

Its ok, it will soon be replaced with this..


And this will be a nice addition to the front, along with others.

nice project!

was gonna comment on it being the absolute highest cav with the most wheel gap ive ever seen, til i saw the engine bay empty

Yea, was thinking cavalier rally car myself, until I saw the engine bay.

not a bad car to build a project on. i like the idea of the eco, but only if you keep the 95-99 z look. itll make it look more unique with the eco in there

I was thinking about keeping the 95-99 look, but the front bumper is shot on this one and I already had the 03 LS sport bumper sitting in my garage, i dont know tho, if I can find a good z24 bumper I might stick with it.

Hey Josh... Now you will have an 03 LS with a LD9, and a Z24 with an Ecotec... People are going to start thinking you swapped the engines between the cars.

Update: red car is gone, this one took its place

What do you mean as fast lol, as fast isnt fast enough, I already have one faster then a camaro, this one is going to be turboed and way faster then the 03, look forward to seeing ya saturday!

I had the red one for sale last year, again im really sorry about that , I bought it back this year, and then ryan put the black one up for sale, so me and gmanz24 went in on this one, he is getting the motor and trans out of it and Im putting the eco in it, I'll have pics of everything tomorrow,

I got today..

Complete wire harness for the entire car uncut
Bcm and Ecu
instrument cluster
Hvac setup
complete dash
shifter assembly
shifter cables
center console
seats
door panels
complete fuel lines
gas tank
fuel pump
evap canister
cv shafts
slave cylinder
clutch master cylinder
headlights

everything came off of a wrecked 05 cav 5 speed,
Im sure there is more that ill think of later

what makes a 95-99 look like more of a sleeper then 03+ either way its an under rated cavalier respected by noone
