i thought i would throw some pics up of what ive been working on over the last week of my vacation and the sad thing is i only got half of what i wanted to do done do to countless hours driving all over ohio getting parts. i know the swap looks half a$$ed but due to the beautiful weather(snow every other day) i didn't get to do any cleaning of the engine or car. it was mostly an attempt to get the car running after sitting for 2-3 months. comments appreciated.

Damn, its sad to see another ld9 owner switching to the eco But very nice looking car, just my kinda taste; simply done and indigo haha.

I would ask how it feels compared to the 2.4 but it looks like you wont have a chance to do some good driving for a while lol. Good job on the swap.

i didn't really want to give up the 2.4 but cost difference and time to get the 2.4 fixed out weighed the swap price.

Looks great but im sure that is a 02 fuel rail you got there. The 02's actually had the better pistons and a better computer setup over the 03-05 ecos.

not real sure since i'm not real familular with the eco setups. but according to the yard i got it from its out of an 04 sunfire. seen the car was a sunfire 4 door but don't have a clue on the year. front end was missing.
