Damn, its sad to see another ld9 owner switching to the eco
But very nice looking car, just my kinda taste; simply done and indigo haha.
I would ask how it feels compared to the 2.4 but it looks like you wont have a chance to do some good driving for a while lol. Good job on the swap.
Nice work looks like fun. I really like those WHEELS!!!

i didn't really want to give up the 2.4 but cost difference and time to get the 2.4 fixed out weighed the swap price.

Nice now i am getting ansy to get my project done.
so you got the 02 instead of the 03.
engine year??? its out of an 04 sunfire tranny is out of an 04 cavy
Is there a benefit from one year to the other with the eco's?

Looks great but im sure that is a 02 fuel rail you got there. The 02's actually had the better pistons and a better computer setup over the 03-05 ecos.
not real sure since i'm not real familular with the eco setups. but according to the yard i got it from its out of an 04 sunfire. seen the car was a sunfire 4 door but don't have a clue on the year. front end was missing.
^^^03+rail.^^^
when you change fuel lines change the rail and injectors.
well at least you bought a clutch i have to wait on mine. Stock for now.
But i have other things to make up for it.
Nice Job
