well i'm extremely bored today so i thought i'd make a new thread and show the .org what my cav/fire turned into......
what it started out like...
what it ended up like....
i ended up getting rid of it and bought my s10....
1st week i got my truck...
installed clear corners, a tonneau cover and droped it like it's hot.....
and she wasn't low enough for my liking so, it's currently under the bagging process i have the rear bagged right now but thats about it..
next it was time for a new front bumper (mine was extremly pitted)...new front valance (moved to alberta and we don't require front plates so whats the use of having a valance that has a cut out for a front plate?)...step shavers, street scene mirrors, and shaved tailgate (it's going into the body shop this coming week to get fixed!)
now if your wondering why it's not slammed in these last set of pic's here is because it's to much of a pain in the ass to drop it...right now i don't have a tank or my compressor's hooked up...it's my daily driver and i got it bagged just before winter and i didn't want to risk going down the highway to work and my valve's freezing up and the dropping and @!#$in my @!#$ up...so i have a 12v compressor that i hook up to my cig lighter and thats how i pump it up..to much of a pain in the ass if you ask me..it's going back to the shop HOPEFULLY this summer we shall see how time goes and @!#$....

Love the S-10. Had one before the j-body, have thought about going bagged with another one many times now.
Get the management done on the S-10 and enjoy it to it's full potential!

you must not have been into mini truckin awhile. its a big thing esp. at shows to see how many reflectors you can drag and collect.
i havn't been to any shows to be honest....all the huge out door ones are in the states so i havn't really had a chance to go down there and check them out....but thanks for the info!

This is what I am trying to acquire from a friend of mine....
I like the dime though. I personally would of went with a 5 link or a Thorebeck Brothers 5link, but hey. It gets the job done

ya i would've liked the 5 link from SD but i don't excatly have 2g's kickin around just for that set-up lol altho it's the best out there, this one does me good
...that xtreme looks good but please if you get it take off the body kit lol i'm sorry but mini trucks don't look good with body kits.....

lol, I keep telling the current owner that. It'll lay lower and look better. But the big problem with that truck is it needs a new link kit on the rear, new bags, and new air management. Its running a Universal 3 link kit that was done wrong by who ever installed it. One of the bags are mounted side ways (over axle) instead of up and down. Pinion angle is way off, and its running old school @!#$. 1/4" manual MIC Valves and gauges. lol.
But with about 3 grand worth of work, it'd be one mean ass truck. The interior is black and purple tweed.
SD is one of the best out there. Plus there kinda close to me, so parts come quick

i'd say if your really truely interested in it grab it, and when u if/do get it rip off the body kit burn it and take pics for me
....i've had nothing but good things to say about my truck i love it! and i love the looks i get out here in alberta everyone and there mother has raised up trucks i'm not a fan of them and they all give me dirty looks for having a lowered truck, i just smile and laugh lol.... and your one lucky SOB i've ordered a couple things from sd but it seems the border fees i get raped for are almost half of what i pay for the dam parts!
