Okay as you all know I was gonna use the old lifters on my new Quad cams, and I know I should not. Well after being told @!#$ from some friends that its stupid which is! I did get NEW MELLING valve lifters as I said I would. I even took pics just to prove I did get them for all those who are following my hyrbid Quad 4 project.

I would have been one of the many people giving you a hard time if I had been aware you were thinking about reusing the old lifters followers whetever you wish to call them.

I can tell you I paid around 200 for mine from autozone. The ones in my car are melling brand.

Actually the proper name for them and "lifters" is Cam Followers. Lifters is just loose name that get tossed around like "motor". Im sure you call your engine a motor from time to time, when actually its not. Motors are electric and engines run off fuel.
