Well I bought some projector fog lights about 7 days ago and waited until today to start the installation. Here is my progress so far. Hopefully I'll have the first part done by tonight.
Also, I will be painting the remaining pieces of the fog light grills flat black. Check back later and I'll have more pics.
Thank you.
you might want to take a filler piece to take up the rest of the area?
Yeah.. I got a plan for it. This is only a mock up for now.
Quiklilcav wrote:If you make a plate the size of the opening and mold the fogs into that, it should look pretty good. I would get them a little more centered in the hole, though.
What kind of projectors did you use?
Some nice projector fogs I purchased from a seller on ebay. Also, a molded plate would be nice. Too bad I dont have any glassing skills, lol. I may redo it like that later on.
Can't wait to see the output pictures. Be sure to test the output, or incorporate some way of adjustment.
Looks nice so far bro.

Ok everyone, here are the pics, and I must say I am EXTREMELY HAPPY. I have always wanted fogs in this POS bumper,
. The output is great and the cut of line is great as well. I just got finished installing and aligning these about 30 minutes ago.
Overall, the installation was straightforward. I followed the fog light wiring diagram and went from there. The hardest part was mounting the lights them self. Now I can grin knowing I'm the one 03-05 non LS in my area with fogs, haha!!
Tools:
1 1 1/4 Hole saw
1 Drill
1 Projector Fog light kit
1 Dremel
1 Basic tool set.
This weekend I will be removing them to black out the rest of the grill using flat black paint. It should look really nice. Kinda like how BMW's and other cars have theirs.

I need to do something like this ASAP. My stock headlights suck at night and I think this might just be what I need to at least help with that problem.
looks good. they are definitily bright
Looks good man, I like it!
Looks great! Man, I just took my HIDs out of my headlights, I miss them
Let's see some day shots of the fog lights.

Sure thing. I'll get some after I leave work.
Also, thanks everyone for the props. I have been wanting to get this done for a long time and I pulled it off pretty well.
looks great man, you ready to do another set
?
they dont look bad from a distance, but up close you can see too much of the hacking of the little grilles. those badges stating the size of your rims, i never understood, but to each his own i suppose...
On the other hand....you have other fingers.
