Well I have not had a lot of time to mess with the cav. in the last year, but I finally was able to get something done besides just general maintenance.
I upgraded injectors to 42lb 440cc Ford Green Tops from the 32lb Accels I had been using.
I had a spare 03+ Eco Rail and began this winter by filing down all the cast marks and sanding it well. I opted out of the on-rail fuel gauge and just ended up painting it with several layers of aluminum enamel w/ a clear coat.
Thanks 285whpcavy for the injectors, they are working great.
I used PJs suggested "0.101714" injector constant for this size injector. It fired right up and idled beautifully at stock fuel pressure.

Here are the pics.
Next step is to rebuild my FMU as I no longer want or need to run 100psi. I doubt these Green Tops can handle it like the Accels.
If we get a few more warm days here in Cincy Ill be re-tooling my catchcan / PCV setup.

Yeah I'm going to try. Not going to run the car like last year though, its a long way for my buddy to tow his trailer down if something breaks =) I might just end up taking some video and helping people w/ tuning.
