So I found a new project. Its a 96 Cavalier 2.4l 5SPD Vert. The guy was asking 800$ but since I am military and just got home from overseas he cut the price down to $350. The car has 262k miles on its original engine/tranny and still runs extremly strong. The reason he was selling it was because he could not get it into reverse. This morning I was able to fix it, the shifter has so much play and needs to be replaced that it just wasnt going into the reverse position. The body is in great shape a few minor dents and someone broke into the pass door, so I will shave the locks and handles to fix the problem. The top is new and the motors work great. The pass window motor is dead and the interior carpet/seats are shot, but I will swap my stuff out of the 98z that I have into it. I plan on swapping everything over anyways since the 98z body is shot and starting to rust.

$350 seems to be a trend, In Feb. I bought my buddy's d.d. as my donor car for the 5 speed swap, running and driving for the same price.
