If I wanted to completely due away with all the power steering parts in a 97 Sunfire GT, could the power steering lines just be plugged or do they have to have fluid in them and simply spliced together?
Also, with the pump, how would taking that off work?
just connect the two lines together, therefor bypasing them and remove the pump and all.. or just leave it.
dang it, need edit: also, you won't like how it steers,, won't have the same feel as the older steering gears IMO
Do you have to run the pipe into it's self or can you just plug them right from the source and gut the pump and all the piping?
