Hey i just bought an HO cylinder head assembly (i.e. head,cams, springs, lifters....) will that just bolt right up and replace my 1995 2.3 cylinder head assembly with no problems???. I'm probably gonna go look for a HO ecu, or just use my S-afc.
My motor in stock format only puts out 150 HP. i have a 2.5 catback with sri. and will be wiring up my S-AFC. What kind gains do you suspect i'll have after the Cylinder head assembly has been swapped?

it will bolt up. you may gain 10-15 hp top. maybe 20 if you're lucky. The valves are bigger and the ports are too but the cam are still the same.

if you do the rest IE manifold and cams, you'll get more.
You may not even get any Hp gain now that I think about it. because some 90 GA had the 086 head with LO parts and Ho intake manifold and they had the same Hp number.
An Ho has 180, the 95 version has 150. that's 30hp you have to get so I would say 15 at the top for the head. maybe not even that.
