i know this sounds stupid but how in the F*ck do you change the spark plugs on the 96 Z24 it looks like i have to rip off my fuel rail.
Good call Shifted!!!! seriously though........ on any car that has wires you will see them immediately. If you are still stumped take off your cover that says 2.4 DOHC and look under that...........you will not see wires. That is why people buy MSD DIS-2 for our cars. DIS stands for distributorless ignition system. Which in turn means no need for wires. Don't worry I didn't know either when I bought my car. I put 8.5 mm wires on my 95 Sunfire. When I got my cav I wanted to do the same thing because I noticed a very tiny amount of power and gas mileage change, and also for some reason my radio seemed to pick stations up better. I was glad that I didn't buy wires. I checked it out first. I couldn't find the wires. I asked my ffather in law about it and he said it must be distributorless. Which it is.
Well you 95 Cavi was distributorless to it used coil packs same as the 2.3 and the 2.4.

Hit 200 NA it broke once, Hit 213 it broke again,
Hitting 300 NA is further away than I thought.
I had a 95 2.2 sunfire. not a GT. I'm not going to argue over the little stuff but to the point of the original question, which bottom line is he has no spark plugs wires to change. Whether he puts wires on his car is up to him. But nonetheless he has no wires as of now.
i dont see how. spark plugs need wires whether it comes from a distributor or coil packs.

2.3 / 2.4 don't have wire, they have boots with a spring. There's no better spring/boot. nonsense to buy "better" boot since they don't do anything.
