ok my sister has a 90 probe with a turbo in it....now i know that this sounds funny but can i stick it in my 97 cavy and what would i need to change to make it work....would i have to fab my own parts

you can start by reading the FAQ in the boost forum
you would need to have an exhaust manifold custom made to mount the turbine side of the turbo, mount an intercooler, custom make charge pipes between the compressor and intercooler and from the intercooler to the throttle body, put on oil lines, blow off valve... etc. there's quite a bit of work to custom make a turbo system.
