I got my autotrans interceptor like 3 months ago, love it. hardly ever use it though, I usually just leave it turned up a quarter of the way all the time, or maybe it's turned up more, don't know, I know it's lower than 50% tho. when I go from N to D it seems like it engages hard when i'm stopped. is that normal, seems like ti would be bad. this happen to anyone else. thanks in advance..

Yes, that's normal. By increasing the line pressure, it's going to shift hard and by you change gears (going from neutral to drive), it's going to do it in a hard or more efficient manner.
