Cheap horsepower like that doesn't happen unless you're using N2O. Even then, it's not that cheap. IMO, if you're gonna really change your car, you've gotta work your butt off both paying for mods and installing them.
Notice they dont tell you exactly what it is. I would bet money that it is a 10 cent resistor that you can get at radioshack encased in plastic.

Any company that says that their product will give you X amount of power gains is full of it, it's all a marketing ploy.
One person could have an intake and gain 3 whp and another person gain 5 whp...same car and motor. Every application is different.
Like everyone else stated, it doesn't do anything and you can't chip our OBDII computers. Like jbody2nr said, I believe it's just a resistor.

a few warning flags to me.......claims it sells for 200, but he's selling it for 10 bucks....come on, thats a good sign of a scam
25 horsepower increse, torque increase, AND better gas mileage......yeah, don't we all wish, but thats basically impossible

That is exactly what that is, I bought one of them a few years back and it is a complete rip off. just a resistor, wires sodered to it, in a plastic case, filled with goo/epoxy...whatever...
if you want, I have resistors lying around, I will send you one....save you $22
For $20 ill send you a potato. i guarantee -5hp. Also you can buy my "gas saving" blokc of wood to put under your gas pedal. since we all know if you cant floor it, then you cant be wasting that much gas right
