Ok so the light behind my blower dial keeps shorting out. I have to tap on it everytime I turn my lights on at night just to get it to light up. is there a quick fix to this cause it's really annoying. any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Ian
Well it could be a number of things. Is the bulb tightly secured? Check the wiring a the bulb, is it snug?

Totally a newb here. wouldn't even know how to get to the bulb. I just have no clue =)
Happened to my 04 cav, it was under warranty so i took it in.
a bulb or wire is probably loose.
Refer to the instructions on wwwteamforwardmotion.com on how to get to the radio. Instead of taking the radio ou, take the two 7mm screws that hold the HVAC in place. Slid it out. Look on the back. There are two gray connectors going into the back. Twist and pull out. You should now be looking at the bulbs. they are in the gray connector.
You said it was only the lite behind the blower selcetion switch. Since there is only one power feed for the two lites, it is probably going to be a connector or bulb. The connector you need to get from GM dealer. The beulb you can get from Autozone. The bulb is a # 74. When I was in there I bought some WideAngle LEDs to replace the bulbs from www.superbrightleds.com . Th bulbs are a PITA to get out. Just be patiant and take your time and it will fianlly come out. Good luck.
