have you actually looked at the locked threads? most of them are repeat threads w/ the other thread on the same page still. others are about electric turbo charges, turbonators, the cool bov whistle, 10-15hp chip on ebay, etc... stupid simple stuff that has been covered and covered and covered repeatily.

Ok so it was a little bad and I broke the rules, sorry never do it again, first and last time. Ozzie and Sparky make a good point though. Lately there have been alot of ignorant newbies coming onto this site.

i don't post unless i make a good point.

and its not that their ignorant...at one point we were all looking for information (thats probably what brought every one of us to the site). the problem is, none of them use ANY of the tools available to them before they post. they ask a question that was answered: 3 threads down, in the FAQ, in a sticky, in the CORRECT forum, or in a thread that was easily found through a search. then when someone who has been here for a while says "hey noob, here's your answer, next time search," the noob gets all defensive like he's the king of the internet.

i'd bet my car that every single noob that has gotten pissed of cuz they were told to search will, at one point or another, tell a newer noob to search during the next year.
