I've seen alotof ' roller rocker ' related posts and replies, but im not too sure what they are exactly, some sort of engine internal?
Son please, are you high on marijuana? You better shut your mouth, because you
probably drive a HONDA !
Instead of a stamped steel rocker arm they are made from molded aluminum and have a piviot pont that has needle bearings and the end where the valve contacts has a roller tipped end. Basicly they do a couple things first off the almost eliminate friction in the valve train and friction takes HP. Also the are true to what there measurements are given to be. In other words if you get a stamped steel rocker and an aluminum roller rocker both could claim to be 1.6 rockers the steel one will be anywhere from 1.4 - 1.7
the aluminum ones WILL be 1.6 every time. Also the steel ones can "defleft" under high load and high RPM the roller rockers will not.
They are your gaurentee that your valve train stays in spec during hard running ( raceing )
Hope this answers your question.

/\ /\ /\ ECO's DO in fact have rockers and lifters.

Ok so the 2.4's (like mine) dont have rocker or pushrods, so roller rockers, would be of little to no use for me, correct?

Nope they will not fit your engine. They would make pretty paper weights for you though.
