Well, I never really wanted to make a newbie thread but here it goes...

And first off, don't say search because the combination of words needed to get a topic to come up is hard to come up with, but anyways...

Will the cat back exhaust of a 2200 fit an Ecotec??
I have a chance to buy a 2.25 inch mandrel bent catback minus the muffler off a 2200 for $20 but I need to know if it's gonna fit on my '04 ecotec.
If the 2200 one is longer, that'd be ok too but I mostly need to know if all the bends are gonna be the same to get it over the axle.

after looking on GM Parts direct it looks like the pipe should be the same from the cat back....if you bring up your car and the other car and go to mechanical parts-then exhuast-then exhaust pipe....its listed as all applications. the part number listed is the same for both cars
