I just purchase a 99 Sunfire Convertible 2 weeks ago and I wanted to show off some pics. Thanks for the super site and all the info everyone shares.
Here's a few pics:
There are a few misc. pieces missing and a little work that needs to be done but I'm working on it for now.
It runs smooth, tranny shifts smooth. I added a K&N, Delco Plugs, Delco Fuel Filter, Mobile 1, Delco Oil Filter, Cat delete (soon to be replaced by Maganaflow). I paid $700 for it. There are no leaks in the roof. None of the tires match but I will be replacing them with BFG T/As.
nice catch .. looks like my vert when i got it this past feb.. i paid 100 more though haha
Nice pick-up...looks relatively clean for that price..have fun with it :-)

Thanks for the positive comments. I have since the last post, put in a new battery, removed the inner sleeve in the plastic intake tube, Painted the wheels in gun metal grey, redone the rear seat in black and added the front seats out of an 01 Z24.
Next plans are I an going to tint the windows 50% all around and some new BFG tires. I'm still having aligning up the trunk lid. The passenger's side still has a gap in it and the driver's side is still close the the quarter. I'll work on it some more this weekend.
I am looking for a rear reflector in the bumper if anyone has one I need it.

pics!! lol welcome ot the org bro, and thats a steal on the vert! Mine was $4000!!! sounds like you've got a great start so far, and as for the reflector, look on ebay, might find one.

Well I finally got it cleaned up. Here are few new pics.
01 Z24 front seats, rear seat redone in Black and
NEWish Motegi MR7's in black, I painted front calipers silver and rear drums black.
Let me know what you think.... Still to come, Paint wiper arms, replace driver's side power window regulator and she'll be all ready to go. I probly sell her, anyone interested?
