thats the question i have, me and my buddy are goin to the track in a few weeks, and i was wondering if anyone had input on who would win, my 2.0 1991 sunbird auto trans, vs my buddys 2.4v6, auto trans sonata, i have an exhaust on my bird and an intake, hes stock besides a cone filter??/

Last time I checked a 2.5 is still a 4cyl. 2.8,3.1,etc; are V-6's.But yeah go race him on the track and come back and tell us

actually the sonata did come with a 2.5L V6. you can have almost any displacement with almost any number of cylinders. regardless this would be about the most yawning race ever.

update...so last nite it was 39degress out, and the track was closed, besides the fact that no one was gonna go...so i guess it will have to wait till next season...

My friend has a 90 2.0 'bird vert, auto.... thing was a dog, even before the headgasket blew..... he ran at the track once, 20.2 @ 60ish..... so sad
Not much you can do for the 2.0 to make it better, other than replacing it with almost anything, b/c it sucks so bad.... lol
