Finally.
I like it. the back has something tC/ Solara-ish.
I'd rock it. 6sp 3.5L.

looks like a mini G35 from the front
rear looks rather funny
i like, but i wouldn't pay more for it than a sedan
Looks like a Pontiac G6, Nissan 350Z, and a Toyota Solara had some illicit 3-way relations.
I love it, now I have a new car to look forward to test driving besides the Ford Fusion coupe which is suppose to come out next year as well.
How many ways are they going to bastardize the 350Z? Isn't this just a Nissan G35???

Infiniti...Nissan...same company...im sure most of you already knew that though...of course there will be a lot of similarities between the cars
Pontiac G6 and this does a nice comparo. Powerwise and tranny option... Altima has an edge.
And because of these two, I may have to consider FWD for the next car.
I am all screwed up, I know.

ok so someone help me here.
....first off, i love this car.
but what i want to know. with the coming of the GT-R as Nissans flagship sports car. Are the rumors of the 350Z cancelled after 2008 true? I know i read somewhere that sales are cooling off on the 350, but sales of the G35 coupe continue to climb.
This car would mean to me FWD or RWD, either way it borrows very heavy from the designs of the 350 and G35...with a little Altama thrown in. This car will ultimately replace the 350Z. they took the stronger selling design (G35) and threw a Nissan name on it (Altima) why would Nissan need the 350Z? it makes no sense to have 3 sport coupes in your stable.

The 350Z is the only Vert in the crew, plus it only has 2 seats, the altima does not. I don't know if they will give the Z car the boot, cause it's not like they haven't done it before. Poor 300zx tt.

Damn, a 6 speed coupe with the 3.5L V6 and 270hp for under 25K.... I wonder what would make a new car buyer buy the G35/350Z for 10K more? I wonder how it compares performance-wise and comfortwise with the other two?
I would have preffered a 2 door Sentra SE-R. Would have had more of a market for it too.
So its FWD still right?

'Yeah'

I agree. That car looks like it should be RWD. Does look
very good though (poor G6
)

took the words right out of my mouth. same with the sentra SE-R Coupe comment. with the Civic coupes flying off dealer lots Nissan could have thrown a serious wrench in Hondas golden egg by dropping a Sentra coupe on their parade.

Nothing about it sticks out style wise. Same ugle nose as the other Nissans. But now that the G6 doesn't come with a manual trans anymore, Altima > G6.
^For 2007 G6, you can still get a manual on the 3.9L V6.

You know I was all worried that i'd hate my Z24 becuase it was FWD. Everyone poo-poos FWD so much. Then once i got it I actually was fine with it. I mean you can't drift with it....but if that's all to really need RWD for then who cares. Who drifts on their way to the store?
RWD is great to add near 50/50 balance but for most driving condition FWD can hang fine...even on a track.
I like it and have decided this will be my next car. Something Bentley GT'ish about it's design.

It's not on the GM canada website anymore, and the dealership told me that you cannot get manual anymore. maybe it still goes on in the US
Its still available in the U.S.

RWD is only cool if you live someplace where it never snows or you have another car to drive
