Something different at grudge night

This is the first I've seen one of these show up at grudge night, which I think is funnier than seeing snowmobiles or lawn mowers

Have some black smoke! That thing needs some serious tuning.

Does anyone remember these two trucks?

Tyrone Malone's Super Boss (1000hp diesel):

The Bandag Bandit (1300 hp diesel):

Aparently the guy you saw is tring to do it in a COE, which isn't exactly aerodynamic, LOL!

I've never seen those two, but I don't exactly follow racing very much either.

You were probably better of not there, it was a bad night for things breaking. Lots & lots & lots of waiting, tons of very angry people. We know someone that got there around 6 & didn't even get his first run in until about 10. They were supposed to stop running at 10, but to get 2 runs for everyone they ran until about 10:45.

I certainly know Jerry Malone's trucks. I was at the first Big Rig 150 he brought the hurricane to when they wouldn't let him race because of the dual rear axles. Man I used to love sitting around that purple bus. He also used to tow a 4x8 foot BBQ around to races. That guy loved to host parties. My dad used pour the bleach back in his track days, that was before my time but I was lucky enough to catch some of the later years of his racing.
