I've been looking at cars again,well i always poke around on the net looking for cars...but anyway.I've been seeing the ion redline's priced about 2 grand less than the SS.From what i understand it's pretty much the same motor and tranny.

So what gives...is the reline just a POS or what?

Only year run was '04 IIRC (so 6 years old/+++mileage), Saturn has gone under, gauges in the center of the dash, plastic everything!

LOL, about all I can name. I love my buddy's, no different quality-wise compared to my Cobalt IMO.

In a about a year when i have the cash for a new car i want something with some HP and still get decent MPG.

You get used to the center gauges.

You can actrually see it better, because humans can see better in the perifery than they can up and down.

They were out longer, less popular and were originally priced lower, so its only natural that used ones would be less

However I think for a daily they are better, esp if you have to move ppl those suicide doors come in handy

yea, I always thought the Red Line was cooler than the SS... same thing with the Solstice and the SKY; Saturn wins on that one too

See, personally I liked the Soltice better. Reminds me a little of the 427 Cobra.

def... with the suicide door and that mean front end. and I personally think the cyclopian cluster (as its technically called) is cool..

as for the SKY, I'd wanna do away with the chrome trim around the tails... other than that, they are ok. the front end is sex on wheels tho. Cranberry Red with a black top

I reallllllly like the suicide doors,so much easier for people to get into the back.


I gotta say...i'm LOVING the SS/TC..took a ride in one today,and even in the passenger seat i was @!#$ting myself,sure it was modded but it flew.

i found this one at a local dealer for 9.5k with 30k on the clock....short throw,catback,lowered...apparently it has an upgraded charger...

its got a low rise shelf like thing on the back...that would prolly get shaved.

I think a portion of the cheaper price is the center cluster. Ugly as they are.

I lack the cash for it...right now,if i get this job i'm gonna buy it.
