01 Hyunday Tibby Electrical Help

Hey folks, this is not my car, however this is sort of being done as a favor to a friend. I know very little about Tiburons when it comes to working on them so bear with me here.

2001 Hyundai Tiburon 2.0

Friend of mine, gets a hold of me telling me about how her Tiburon's lights aren't working anymore. By that I mean the turn signals, and brake lights. Hazard lamps seem to be working. As far as I know, all she did was swap out the stocker tails for some aftermarket altezzas. Nothing that shouldn't be this big of a headache. She says she's checked the relays and gave the fuses a rundown, I can't get to the car at the mo, and can't see for myself so I'm looking to see if anyone has any kind of insight into this. I really want to just give her a good place to start. She's good with a wrench and she generally has a strong understanding of car layout. More or less looking to see if anyone has had something similar happen. I figure it's something minor and headache inducing which could be quickly fixed, I just don't know where to look.

The big problem we seem to be running into is the fact that she can't seem to find any wiring harnesses online. I can't seem to pull up any chilton's manuals that cover that particular year, though I believe a 2000 is available. Any insight into some direction about this would be a big help. Like I said, I'm doing this as a favor to her since I know some of you folks know your stuff, and outside of my general knowledge of the car, I can't do much more than make suggestions. I'd definitely appreciate any of yours (suggestions that is) I'll be watching this one.

Seriously, the first place I would start is at the tail lights, hmm....

Your car may do 13 sec @ 103 mph, but my car does 146db @ 35 hz.
