Renault-Nissan and Daimler announce alliance

In 1982 Renaut allied itself with American Motors and literally ran the already teeter-tottering company in the ground because it had no idea how to solve any of the existing problems at AMC and created a bunch on it's own. By 1987 AMC was on the edge of ruin and was mercifully bought by Chrysler, which at least saved Jeep.

In 1998 Daimler allied itself with Chrysler and by 2007 it had wholly plundered it and then tossed it aside like a used beercan.

Now, BOTH of these companies are forming an allience TOGETHER.

Oh man, I love Karma.

I dont understand what nissan can possibly gain from Daimler

So........ I wonder which company is going to suck the money and life from the other, and leave it a burnt-out shell along the sige of the road???
