97 neon (yea i no)i just installed new halo headlights from spec d well now the taillights flash when the headlights turn on could this be from me hooking up the halos to the turn signals
Could be if u crossed a wire. Try to unhook the halos's and see if it still does it. I know u cant hook them up to the running lights and turn signals at the same time or they get pissed
i only hooked them to the turn signals i unhooked the halos they work right now that car is on reason y im a chevy owner lol

if you hooked them to the turn signals you changed the resistance in the circuit.
most cars measure the resistance from the bulbs in the system for the turn signals, removing one would make it think it is burned out ( causing your quick flash ) those halos do not put the same strain on the system a bulb would, hence your issue
you could wire in resistors, or move the halos off your turn signals. not sure why you would want a flashing halo anyway

my moms like my soon to be ex wife she likes to b@#%$ tell she gets her way so insted of hearing her gripe i just put them in to be honest they dont look half bad only downside to them is the car there on lol (imma proud chevy lover an mopar an ford hater )
