Nice! Any dyno numbers or time slips on it?
I'll be the first to say Pure sex. I miss my trans am. 6MT?
Yep, it's a 6speed. Wouldn't have it any other way. lol. My only dyno numbers are from when I took it to get tuned a couple months ago, and was having fuel issues. Pressure was dropping from 60psi to 30psi right before 6k, and it needed to be wrapped out to ~7k. So, the only run they were able to make was 418@~5500rpm's on a basemap tune without any tweaking. Should make mid-high 400's once it's tuned though, on this combo. Then, sometime next year I'll get the heads ported, port the intake, and run E85 and shoot for mid 500's.

Actually, I'm not sure if they even messed with the computer at all on that dyno run. It may have just been the baseline from my mail-order tune I got, just to get the car on the road.

Thanks man. I always wanted one too, until I got one. lol. This car has been more of a headache than anything. Whenever it runs right, it's a blast though. But, one hell of a money pit. I'm hoping I finally have all the bugs worked out now though, and can just enjoy it for once, even though it'll have to be put away for winter soon.

That's actually my buddy's car that did all the paint and body work on the T/A a couple months ago. He's got a ton of skill and did great work on my car, and the El Camino too. Now, I just need to get him talked into throwing a bigger, more powerful motor in that thing. lol

From certain angles they don't look right. But, from other angles, I love them. I have them for sale right now though, because I want wheels like my old ones again.

Older wheels FTW!!!
Awesome @!#$ing car man! Exactly the way I like them!
older wheels definitely look better... but still has the wrong sized tires on either set. definitely need some more meat on the rear. just a bit more sidewall is what i mean.
beautiful car. keep her nice!

Yeah, more sidewall wouldn't be bad. But, I don't really want to throw the gearing off by having a taller tire than stock, and I don't really like wheels smaller than 18's on Trans Ams. I kinda want more width too, but don't want to have to minitub it. I already pushed my luck with the 335's that were on it before without a minitub. lol

I like both sets of rims equally.
And holy balls batman, those are wide tires for no minitub....
Not bad
Where do you do your off roading at lol
WOW those are MASSIVE steam rollers on there! very nice!
