it all started with an rx7 that i bought, never got running, traded for a crx, never titled in my name, sold for $400 and an engine for the cav, and now we arrive here. i want a turbo car, and something i can drive in the winter. so, i found a subaru GL 10 turbo that runs for $300. only issue is, i'm trying to do research on the engine and drivetrain before i buy it, ala finding internals (pistons, rods, cams, etc) should something happen down the road. i'm not finding much. i searched nasioc, but they're more all about imprezas (bizarre right?) any help from the import gurus (rabbit i'm looking in your direction)?
