I was going to just update my old thread but its kinda died down, but as some of you know i sold the cav and got a GT, and drove it for a month and sold it. I have been looking the past couple weeks at cars and i finally found the car i wanted. Saturday i drove down the Lexington, KY and picked up an 05 350z, touring edition. The car has 60,000 miles, is in excellent shape, and has very tasteful mods done to it.

That's a sweet ride.Did you change the lugnuts,bc I noticed the last pic has chrome,versus the blue or purple one' which I was going to say I would change with those rims.Nice and def like the color,it is very similar to my new civic's color.

Whats so wrong with a boosted DD? With boost there wouldnt be too much more I would do to that thing.

nice. Hes a real nice guy, and the car is in very good condition!
Theres nothing wrong with a boosted DD, i did it for a while with the cav. I just hate to throw so much money into a setup for a DD lol. Not as cheap to boost as the cav.

...and from what I understand with the compression of that motor you can't run a lot of boost anyhow, I could be wrong though.

That is correct joe, my buddy has a twin turbo'd Z and he only runs 5 psi. Much more they said the rods just cant handle it.

welcome to the Z community. I also went from an 03 cavy to a 350. Bought mine completely stock though and modded to what it is today. They are very fun cars!
