ok my question is, does it really worth the price to buy hpt pro instead of standard one? i read about the difference but for me it's not really clear.. i meant can i tune car correctly using hpt standard?? what are the difference??? i'm not sure wich one to buy...

yes i read the fact but i would like advice from guys that use normal ou pro hpt! because only things i found were that the pro version can read device like EGT and wideband in real time but if i use external gage do i really need to pro! you know i just dont want to pay for something i dont really need!

Yes, if you want to tune it correctly. Read the VE tuning FAQ and imagine trying to figure out those numbers without a wideband. The wideband into HPT puts the data in at the right places in the logs so you can catch those short lean spots without somebody writing down what RPM/MAP/TPS you are at when you hit a lean spot that only lasts for 250 RPM. Honestly if you want to tune your car correctly and safely, then HPT pro is the only way to go.
