can you tune me

Hey i was just wondering if anyone can possibly do me a fovor for some dollors or if its even possible i would imagine so though.

But anyways is any one in the 248 michigan are that could possibly meet me or something to tune my car after i finish it. With hpt ofcourse. I cant realy afford the hpt myself and from what i understand whoever has it can buy a credit for my vin# so you can tune my car for what it needs and what i want.

But please do lmk if anyone here can do that for me. Ill be doing a list of mods that well discuss if this is a possibility and we can go from there. Thank you guys.

You will either need to take it to a performance shop or properly install a HPT compatible wideband 02 so whoever tunes your car will have it available to them.

This should be in the Mid East forum. I'm around there but you definitely need a wideband.

If you can't afford the $800 for HPT then you cannot afford to get it tuned.

Dyno time per hour + Tuning time from a proper tuner for a proper tune is gonna be that much and then some depending on the difficulty and variables.

Personally I got sick of doing tunes for $50 with 4-5 hours of seat time.

to do a nice tune youll need the dyno. if you wonna do something basic like bump ignition timing a 2 degrees, then keep looking.

find a shop that sells and tunes HPT make sure they are reputable and research there work.. don;t just go by word of mouth without proof a bad tune and you;re looking at a new engine
