I got a good deal on a used hptuners pro 2.2.0 version. My question is has anyone done the upgrade to 2.2.2 from 2.2.0?

You can use HPT on Vista. I have been using it on Vista (both my home PC and my laptop) for about a year.

Unless it's a major version change, or even a minor version change (2.2.0 to 2.2.2 is called a revision change), you shouldn't even notice any difference. They probably just included support for some CAL's that they didn't have before, so its doubtful you'll even notice anything changed.
Software version numbers usually take the following form:

i know its weird but when i upgraded hp tuners would not read my vcm anymore. I try about 100 times. I put the old version back on and fixed.
