ive found a few places the one sells complete tuning software for obd1 cars & trucks but for the price they want for it u could upgrade to the 97 ecu and get hp tuners but heres the link

westers is about 1400 bucks
97 ecu from wrecker yard 100 bucks hp tuners about 600 bucks
but for those who wanna keep there car obd1 go with westers
the other place is a guy that does it out of his garage and will charge u about 300 bucks
run a google search on exatorq hes out of texas
if it start the next day it can be driven harder
Ok... but 96 is OBD-II and 95 is OBD-1.5. So you're still screwed.

You can do alot with it, and for all my tuning hardware\software i have around 150 invested.
