So I just heard that you can only install the software on one laptop. Something about licensing....guy put it on his laptop, and sold it. Wiped it clean before he sold it, and now can't install it on a new laptop. I'm guessing this is false, but I just wanted to make sure....

I've installed it on 4 different machines now. You can install it anywhere you want to, as many times as you want to, with the same key. After you hook the cable to the computer, and click on the info button, it will down load the licenses from the cable to the computer to show what you've used them on.

I have mine installed on 3 computers aswell, just need to make sure you write down your application key.

also there are some special things you need to do to run on vista if your getting a newer laptop, it wont run right out of the box
theres some posts on the hp tuner forums on how to get it to work, im sure that future releases will support vista
