No better site in the world then a <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=Honda&v=56">Honda</a> in my rearvieW
If youre looking for whitest legal bulbs, than SilverStar.
If you want whitest, get high watt bulbs. Its illegal, lots of people will flash you, and the bulbs dont last as long.

I've got the silverstars and they are really nice and white... I've only had one person flash me the entire time I've had em on the car.. but I have em angled down a little more than stock just in case..
im pretty happy with my Luminics ultra whites. Winks has em for $19 shipped. great deal

I vote for PIAA as well. They are well worth the money
Silverstar are pretty good. They may not have the color of the other bulbs but they are brighter. I know this because i had and after market HID like bulbs in my wifes car. When one blew i put the silver starts in on and althought the color was not like the HID look a like it was brighter than them. Remember some people call these bulds white when really they have a bluish color really not making them white. Teh Silverstar would be more white.

nokya and Eurolite are really bright however they have a slight blue tint.......I hated my sliverstars....While they were brighter then stock...They were sooo yellow (stock looking). I guess what i should say is the sliverstars were boring looking.

I guess it boils down to looks or how much light output you want. Although i have seen both side by side and drove in my wifes car with two different bulbs for a while. The majority like the Silverstars. I guess for some people it does not look to HID for them or have that slight blue look. There are some cars out there with HID's and they have no blue to them.

i'm happy with my SilverStars. they don't cut worth rain or fog worth @!#$ but they are great for normal nights. but if you want REALLY NICE bright headlights... spend $400 and do a 6000k HID conversion
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
what do you think about ULTRA White HID XENON Headlamps Bulbs 100W, or is 100w too bright?
* * BIG FOR SALE POST * *
100W will have the danger of melting. I had 80W bulbs burn on me once. I have Xenon 80W bulbs in my car and they are certainly whiter/bluer then Silverstars but they don't make as much light as Silverstars for sure. So if you want a lot of light - Silverstar - legal. If you want White/Blue cool looking ones = Xenon/Nokia - Not street Legal etc..
So yeah, be careful with hihg wattage ones they might melt. :-)
what bulbs can I get that are brighter than stock but will just have an insanely blue tint 2 them?
if it ain't broke...MAKE IT GO FASTER
those will make bluish light, but not very bright especialy since they are 55W. Mine have a darker blue tint on the bulb and they are 80W and tehy still make less light on the road then 55W SIlverstars, they do look bluer though.
What i'm saying in the end... blue tint on bulb = cool looking but little light on the road.
The best solution to having very bright light and have it blue and cool looking is to get an HID conversion Kit.
