Hey, I have just got a 2003 Cavalier....when i was looking to buy this car there was no license plate holder on the front, and when i went to pick the car up they had put one on. My question is, is that if i have it taken off will the holes be noticeable? Or what kinda plate would match it.......on my previous Z24 i had a red chevy symbol license plate which matched the red symbol on the car.....anyone have any ideas of what kinda plate would go or look nice or if i should just take the hold off, and if the holes will be noticeable.......

if your state requires the front plate then you have to keep it
but if your state doent make front plates mandatory , then id go back to the dealer and complain you want a new front bumper cause when you made the deal the front plate wasnt on it
im not required by state to have them in pa....just the rear

yea go back to the dealer, they should of never put it on
we've had that happen already at the dealer where i work....people have totally cancelled their deals after seeing a front plate holder screwed into the bumper....
now if your dad did the deal for you, there's not alot you can do. it was technically "his" deal and he drove it off the lot. you could always take the black frame off and get a chrome half-plate or something. good luck!

Get the "carbon Fiber" one off of ebay. looks pretty nice.
id take it back either way , tell them to fix it or take it back
atleast make them swap the front bumper with another cav on their lot

dude, they're pop rivets.... all you have to do is drill them out and you'll have a few holes
i did it to my 02 AND my 03.... only cause i had a trailer hitch connected to a blazer come out of no where and bend my plate and crack the bumper of my 02
the only reason it's fixed now is because i paid to have it done while my car was getting fixed from hitting a deer
