Hey what do the rest of us J's think about the fiberglass bolt on evil eyes?

Good? Bad? Worth it or not?

if they aren't molded in, (imo) they look bad.

what kind of hood are u doing it on

if its fiberglass hood then fiberglass eye lids on it.

if it is a metal hood just weld some on, cuz the fiberglass will not stick to the metal hood very well

Well i guess it all depends on your budget. If you want to get the "evil eye" look but short on cash then these will do the trick. The hood scoops are at the best price you can find for fiberglass scoops aswell.

i agree that they are a cheap alternative, but that's what they end up looking like... cheap. i've seen these sell on ebay before, i've seen them installed on sunfires. they just look cheap. if you don't have the money to mold eyelids to a hood, don't go wasting your money on something temporary. people spend $50 on seat covers saying they are just temporary until they can get some racing seats... but now they are $50 farther away from getting real racing seats. do you get what im saying? leave the cheap crap up to APC.

I agree with you on that one. No doubt the welded professionally installed eyelids have a nicer look to them. However not everyone is able to spend 500+ in buying and preping a hood. But at least there is an option available for someone who wants the aggressive look but does not want to invest top dollar in a hood.

There ya go Geeza Guru, looks really nice, and a very clean look. Although it is not moulded smooth right into the hood it still looks sharp.

Not bad for a mod under 50 bucks
