Removing Sunfire GT Badges

Hey everybody, I know one of the basic mods that people do first is to shave the exterior badges. However, I have not done this yet and will be doing it this weekend when I go home from school. Are the "Sunfire GT" badges on the doors just stuck on? Or can I just get them off with a heat gun and fishing line like the cavaliers? I don't want to take them off and have a hole in the door or have to have the area repainted. Can somebody shed some light on this for me? Thanks.

Instead of killing your fingers, just use a smooth plastic wedge. You may leave some residue on the door do to the 3M 2-sided tape used, but you can remove it with WD-40.
Oh and no holes.
